In 2013, I developed Soul Food after a challenging illness and out of a need to find Healthy & Wholesome Gluten Free Products.
I discovered mass produced Gluten Free Products in the shops were usually made by stripping the Gluten and replacing it with sugar & unhealthy fats
My entire working life has been as a chef and I decided to go back to basics, the foundations of my old tried and tested recipes, to recreate Gluten Free Products that would have carefully selected ingredients and measurements the combinations of which worked magic
There is no reason why healthy, Gluten Free food cannot taste amazing and it is my pleasure to share my discoveries with you
